Hi! My name is Karina. I am a Chef and Food Writer. Passionate about food, different cultures and people from around the world. Ambassador and Alumni from The French Culinary Institute in New York City.
In the last years many different culinary and pastry settings like, restaurants, patisseries, cake shops, Corporate Research & Development labs, chocolate labs and test kitchens, have been my home.
I am always looking for ways to keep learning and get more inspiration, and for me, the best way to do it is by traveling, observing and reporting what other passionate professionals and foodies do around the world.
